By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

• We make every effort to display our products, including colours and fabric details,
as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on
your device screen.
• Sizing charts are provided as a guide. Please review measurements carefully before
ordering, as fit can vary by style.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at
our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product
information.

4. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
unless stated otherwise. 

• We accept payment via Mobile Money, debit/credit card, and bank transfer.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been
placed, and will notify you before proceeding if this occurs.

5. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive confirmation via email. This confirms we've
received your order — it does not guarantee availability. We will notify you promptly if anyitem you ordered is out of stock, and offer a refund, exchange, or substitute at your choice. 

6. Shipping
Shipping is handled under our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it for delivery timelines, fees, and coverage areas.

7. Returns and Exchanges
• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and
packaging.
• Certain items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, or final-sale/clearance items) may not
be eligible for return — this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
• To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at [email/phone/WhatsApp] with your
order number.
• No refunds. Items are final sale and can be only exchanged if defective.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was
defective or incorrect.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, designs, product images, text, and graphics — is
the property of Remontada Company and protected by applicable copyright and trademark
laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes
without our written permission.

9. User Conduct
